New Patient Frequently Asked Questions

We request that you submit the New Patient Form at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you’re unable to do so, you can fill it out at the practice, but please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for this.
Please bring your ID, medical aid card (if applicable), and a list of your current medications. This helps us provide the best care tailored to your needs.

Important Notice

Wednesdays:
Dr Rinky Vamvadelis is off on Wednesday afternoons.
Dr Caitlin Parker will cover general consultations, but travel vaccination appointments are not available on Wednesday afternoons.
Please book travel vaccines on any other day.

December Leave:
Dr Rinky Vamvadelis will be on leave 15 December to 5 January.
Travel vaccinations will resume from 5 January.
For general medical consultations during this period, Dr Deidré Reed will be available.
